Sep, 01 2019Calli German2Dr. Jurasek himself was very nice and seemed very concerned about what I had going on, unfortunately for him, his staff is absolutely horrible. The front desk staff is terribly rude. They say they're going to do something and they don't. I asked for the information to set myself up with a patient portal online as the office pretty much wants you to do all the work for them through the portal and they told me they would e-mail it to me and I never got the e-mail. When I called back to get it at 4:30 PM on a Friday, they told me they were the night staff and they didn't know how that worked and I'd have to call back. So while I personally think Dr. Jurasek is great, his staff is ruining his reputation.
